Ok! It's time to get more serious! I mentioned my clothing was somehow "lost"....I think misplaced is a better word... ;-) The weather was 105 here in K-town today! That's AFRICA HOT to me.
I got my annual mammogram this morning, had lunch with ex-co-workers, and had a great day IN THE AIR CONDITIONING. We caught up and laughed our butts off! We had soup & fruit for lunch. M told me she was recently diagnosed with breast cancer! She had a lumpectomy, and 3 radiation treatments. I am devistated for her. I will now plan my race runs for breast cancer! My mother's family has some genetics there too.
I'm going tonight to run in the park. It better cool down! The weather will determine if I take Gus with me or not. He's a black dog and his hair has gotten pretty long....The only crazy people there will be ME .....probably just me! I'll be safe and walk briskly if it is too hot.
Thanks, sis for looking up running store for me while I was driving. Computers are a good thing, eh?
I think Gus and I will go on a long jet ski ride today before jogging....YES< i'll have a life jacket on!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could go jet skiing, Hey I will be your walking buddy once we get down there!!! It will be so nice to be able to see you when we miss you without planning a 5 hour drive. I miss living by you. Jenn plans on coming too once her contract is up. I miss living close to my family. I am used to your distance right now but being away from Jenn is killing me! We only live one life. Its being wasted away over emails and phone calls when all it takes is a move. I am counting the days that I get to be close again....Love you Mom
